The theatrical display of a dead Mute swan in a local shopping centre puts Zac, an American lieutenant on secondment from the NYPD, on the trail of a set of uniquely British crimes. Paired with English detective Abbi, Zac soon finds the crimes take on an increasingly serious and mysterious turn.
